Built in 1968, Kestrel House is an 18-storey tower block on the City Road estate in Islington, North London. On the same estate Peregrine House can be found. Kestrel House was completed in 1968 and is 55m tall. The building is featured on the cover of The Streets` album `Original Pirate Material`.
Our flat is on the 13th floor and offers unobstructed views from all sides.
You will have access to all four bedrooms, the kitchen (used as living space) and bathrooms.
Guests can use all spaces of the flat: corridor, four bedrooms, kitchen/living/dining area with washing machine and dishwasher, one full bathroom (with WC and shower), one more shower and one more WC alone.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have walk-in wardrobes.
Guests are asked to be respectful and quiet when using the common spaces of the building.
We can assist our guests at check-in or during their stay. We follow our guests` lead on how they want to interact with us.
Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, and hosting one may result in fines, legal penalties and all guests being removed from the property.
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in all areas of our properties.
Our fine structure:
Smoking = 200 GBP
Parties = 200 GBP
Parties with smoking = 400GBP
Parties with smoking and loud music = 800 GBP
Loss of keys will result in a mandatory £100 fine.
Unattended or Prolonged Use of Heat-Producing Electronics:
• Do not leave heat-producing electronics/devises such as hair dryers, straighteners, iron, oven, stove, or electric radiators, etc plugged in or running unattended or for prolonged periods. These devices can overheat and pose a serious fire risk. Always unplug/turn them off them after use.
Please avoid using the laundry machines during this properties quiet times (10pm-7am).
