Well-priced for the centre of Paris. Access by foot to shops, restaurants and sights. Comfortable beds.
The bathroom and kitchen would benefit from a little love. Steep staircases - for those with big suitcases. Smaller bedroom/living room than imagined.

The location
The problem was getting in, we had to call the owner and wait for 45 minutes for him to arrive. We are used to Paris apartments and asked several people to help, no one could open the door. The owner did but this made us very stressed about whether we would get back in again, we did, but not a good experience.
