Teddies

One of the nicest accommodations we stayed at during our holiday in Sri Lanka! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional hospitality, spacious and spotless rooms, and the incredible views. At Teddies, it’s all about the details, from the personalized handwritten welcome cards to the absolutely stunning, Pinterest worthy pool. We came to Sri Lanka to relax and Teddies played a huge part in making that experience so special. Although the hotel has only recently opened its doors, everything feels incredibly polished and well established, as if it has been welcoming guests for years. The rooftop bar and restaurant are truly outstanding. The food is fresh, delicious, and generously portioned, and the breathtaking views make every meal even more memorable. It’s the perfect spot for surfers looking to enjoy a post surf breakfast or for anyone wanting to watch Sri Lanka’s sunsets. The cocktails are excellent as well, with the Aperol Spritz being my personal favorite. As a final touch, I was able to enjoy my daily cappuccino with oat milk every morning; a little piece of home away from home. Teddies exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ahangama!

Geweldig boutique hotel met fantastisch uitzicht! Alles klopt hier - het personeel is super vriendelijk, de bedden zijn heerlijk, super schone en mooie kamer met goede airconditioning en het rooftop restaurant is TOP! Heerlijke cocktails en de Tuna Steak is een aanrader!! Zwembad is perfect om af te koelen en het hotel is op loopafstand van het centrum!

Het ligt aan een drukke weg, was voor ons geen probleem en hadden er geen last van!

Very friendly staff. The rooftop bar is amazing.

Unfortunately there was a lot of noises both from the street (lots of Traffic) as the rooms face the road and the windows don’t seem to block any noise, but also from inside we kept hearing a very high pitched noise often. We informed management twice, they said they are aware of it and would fix it but never did unfortunately…
