Location was amazing. Close to the beach walk, all the action, bars and restaurants. The room was small, but tastefully decorated, very cute with lots of attention to detail. Natural lighting, high ceilings, beach-view and all bathroom amenities were available. Little coffee kitchen out in the hallway, very secure. Owner was great in communicating, guiding us to the location. Highly recommended!
Everything was great, perhaps parking is a bit of a challenge as we arrived on a Sunday.

Good location and good facilities.
You have air con and heater in the room.
And you can use simple toaster and coffee machine in public area
It's a little bit difficult to locate the room since the address provided from booking.com is not accurate
Would be great that they provide WhatsApp for further assistance

We highly recommend this place for perfect place to sleep in Loutraki. We have been here for 4 days and it was the best time. Two steps from the sea; store, cafe, and a pita bar across the street. The host was really great and helpful, he told us about food, best places in the area, and more. He was really kind and gave us many recommendations :) It was really helpful as we are from Poland and we don’t know many things about this area. The time here was really great. Before this place we were in Athens and Loutraki is really the best place to visit afterward. Everyone here was really nice and we felt here like home 😊
If you want to be in some sort of a “family place”, come here. We had a hair dryer, towels, a kettle, coffee machine, a beautiful view, and even an additional toothbrush (among other accessories)! We really recommend this place. We had the best time here and we are really grateful for the host’s help and this place. If you want to have a nice time in Loutraki stay at this place! You will not regret it :)

• Room was as expected. Small twin room with two single beds, fine for one night.
• Appreciated having a small fridge in the room.
• TV with Netflix was a nice plus.
Beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are honestly pathetic.
• Major issue with the bathroom in our room. There is basically no shower curtain, so everything gets soaked when you shower, including the toilet, toilet paper and trash can.
• In our case, water flowed out of the bathroom and flooded part of the room.
• Shared kitchen is available but very poorly equipped.
• No trash can in the kitchen. We had to throw all food scraps in the room garbage.
• No kettle in the kitchen.
• No basic items at all. No oil, no salt, nothing.
• No comfortable place to eat, as all surfaces are cluttered.
• Using the kitchen requires a lot of motivation.
Additional note
• We saw another room that was much larger, with a bigger bathroom and a different shower setup. So the shower issue may be specific to our room.
Overall
• It’s a cheap place and it does the job for one night, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.
