The small property SPOURGITIS is located on a shared nature property with olive trees, Mediterranean plants and flowers. The 2 detached houses and a two-storey house with 2 holiday apartments are located one behind another and slightly offset, with a distance of approx. 10 m between each other. The houses are located just above the fine and extensive beach of Peroulia, in a slight hillside situation.
The simply furnished holiday apartment SPOURGITIS 3 is on the ground floor of the two-storey house, behind the holiday house SPOURGITIS 2 and in a row with the holiday house SPOURGITIS 1. It is on elevated ground floor, approx. 5 steps and has a separate entry via the terrace. The 2 bedrooms and the shared bath are adjoining to the kitchen. From the kitchen you have direct access to the roofed entrance terrace.
The extensive sandy beach of Peroulia with sunbeds and parasols is in walking distance and invites you to bath and relax.
The close-by picturesque village Koroni with its port scenery, taverns and cafés make a nice change from the quiet and secluded area around Peroulia. Especially charming are also the towns of Pylos and Methoni on the western side of Messenia. There are also many untouched beaches on the coastline between Koroni and Pylos.

Was sagt mehr aus, als meine Reservierung für nächstes Jahr! Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie ich sie im Urlaub brauche. Einfach, aber alles da was man braucht. Vor allem die Außendusche ist ein Hit... zwischen 2 Olivenbäumen - ganz versteckt! Ruhe pur! Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Hab ihn nur nie gebraucht, außer für Tipps in der Umgebung. Und nächstes Jahr feiere ich 25 Jahre Peroulia - das sagt doch alles...

La posizione è buona rispetto al mare ed ai servizi vicini,la persona checi ha accolto molto gentile.
La casa potrebbe essere un po' migliore rinnovando cuscini e tappeti e rimuovendo macchie di pittura dal pavimento esterno.
Complessivamente siamo soddisfatti, grazie!

Unser Feriendomizil war einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es lagen frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher bereit. Der Vermieter war super freundlich und hatte uns zur Begrüßung Oliven und Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung hingestellt. Das WiFi hat durchgehend funktioniert. Die Lage mit Aussicht auf das Meer war fantastisch. Sicher werden wir wiederkommen.

Die Küche war so verschmutzt, es war schon ekelhaft. Wir haben erstmal die Küche und Bad geputzt. Überall waren Ungeziefer und Würmer. Die Schränke waren innen wie aussen verschmutzt.
Möbel sperrmüllreif, noch milde ausgedrückt. Diese Wohnung keinesfalls empfehlenswert. Ein Bett das " Lattenrost" durchgefallen. Lattenrost sprich = ein Paar lose dicke Bretter. Eigentlich müsste der Vermieter an den Mieter zahlen.
Im Juli bin ich wieder zu Hause. Ich werde Ihnen dann Fotos senden. Sie werden erkennen, dass ich nicht übertriebenen habe. Ich war schon sehr oft in Griechenland, immer in Ferienwohnungen dieser Preisklasse, so etwas an Verunreinigung und "Sperrmüll " habe ich noch nicht erlebt.
