Good and bad

David, he makes the place really. Great location too. Free coffee machine, laundry and use of kitchen.

The bedroom was a converted office by the looks of it, the level of maintenance was poor, the lighting was horribly commercial, there's an open waste pipe where a basin has been removed that will lead to the drains, this made an awful noise when the water passed through at around 00:00 and 06:00 loud enough to wake you up! The other guests are out of David's control, but one family had their child running around at 06:00 and another bloke had his door open and was laying on the bed. It was a bitter sweet stay, Davis was terrific but the property was baggy.

Der Manager ist freundlich und die Lage ist sehr gut.

Preis Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis, Achtung überteuert und der Wohnraum, sowie das Zimmer sind hygienisch bedenklich schmutzig. Allgemein ein Gefühl in einer Baustelle zu übernachten.

Les rénovations ne sont pas terminées.

L’emplacement au centre ville proche des rues piétonnes est très bien.

La salle de bain est commune, ce qui n’était pas clair dans la description et en chantier!! Elle n’est pas sécurisée. Il n’y a pas de lavabo. Les toilettes sont à l’autre bout de l’appartement! Dans la chambre il n’y avait rien pour pendre les vêtements. Il y avait que des néons au plafond et pas de lampes vers les lits.

Anweisungen waren gut, gemeinsame Küche wäre gute Idee.

Die ganze Einrichtung ist äusserst dürftig. Eine ehemalige Praxis rudimentär und sehr laienhaft umfunktioniert. Mit wenig mehr Aufwand wäre etwas zu machen. Aber die Dusche war schrecklich, nur 1 WC für all die Zimmer ungenügend und die sehr lauten, bis spät lärmenden Kinder der andern Kunden waren mühsam. Auch dass wir die Zugangsinfos erst auf Nachfrage erhalten haben und das Zimmer um 18.15 noch nicht bereit war. Dafür war der Preis, obschon günstig, dann doch viel zu hoch.
