David, he makes the place really. Great location too. Free coffee machine, laundry and use of kitchen.
The bedroom was a converted office by the looks of it, the level of maintenance was poor, the lighting was horribly commercial, there's an open waste pipe where a basin has been removed that will lead to the drains, this made an awful noise when the water passed through at around 00:00 and 06:00 loud enough to wake you up!
The other guests are out of David's control, but one family had their child running around at 06:00 and another bloke had his door open and was laying on the bed.
It was a bitter sweet stay, Davis was terrific but the property was baggy.
