I liked how the host was accessible. I had a problem with the check-in system, and the host was able to find an alternative to do the process for me. The host also prepared videos that explain parking as well as entry instructions. Any time I had an inquiry, she responded very quickly. I truly appreciate that. The room was cozy and modern, with lots of closet space and basic utensils and amenities. It was also close to the trails I wanted to explore.
To me it wasn't a big deal, but there was no A/C, which I knew prior to booking. Opening the window was sufficient for my early June stay. I wish there were closets for the guest who slept on the sofa bed, as it would have made it easier for him. However, I am unsure that this is an expectation I can have, and certainly a workaround was found. None of these are things that would warrant me to penalize the apartment, and I proudly stand by the 10/10 rating.

Ristrutturata di recente, confortevole e ben riscaldata
Davvero piccolo per 4 persone, va bene solo per pernottare, porta di ingresso non funzionante e porta sul retro sempre aperta poco sicura. Pulizia della doccia non fatta vetro indecente, il resto sembrava abbastanza pulito.

Posizione ideale, vicina agli impianti e al centro. L'host è stato molto disponibile per un imprevisto che purtroppo abbiamo avuto, oltre a fornirci tutte le informazioni per il soggiorno in modo molto dettagliato. L'appartamento è ben arredato e confortevole. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina ma abbiamo visto che era ben fornita, con macchina del caffè e capsule, bollitore, forno a microonde.
Peccato esserci stati solo per una notte, ma torneremo sicuramente!
Solo un piccolo appunto ma è una preferenza personale: se possibile avere lenzuola in cotone. Il resto tutto perfetto
