Great base for a ski holiday.

Personal to us, the mattress was very hard. Having to sort your bed linen and bin bags is a bit of a faff.

The apartment was exactly as expected - spacious enough for six of us and in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the slopes and 3 minutes to the town centre of Ponte di Legno. The apartment was clean, super quiet and the communication with the host was easy. The apartment is clearly not just a holiday rental but is one that is used by the family who is renting it out. Hence the furniture is a bit older, cutlery, glasses etc. are a bit of a mismatch but it just makes it a more cosy, more authentic experience and for the price, I don't think I've stayed in a more convenient place before. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next year!

The only one thing I'd suggest the host to change is to get some more comfortable pillows – everything else was brilliant!

Appartamento datato, tutto a pagamento ( lenzuola, asciugamani…) ma in particolare la caparra trattenuta per quasi un mese

Modello troppo business-centrico e non cliente-centrico

-posizione centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla -stanze ampie -ascensore

non corrispondenza della descrizione al vero in alcune parti: -nella sezione “info” viene scritto “lenzuola e asciugamani sono inclusi”. FALSO. Sono a pagamento e per di più bisogna anche pagare una cifra di trasporto per trovarli nell’appartamento altrimenti andare a ritirarli. Mi viene fatto notare che nella sezione “da sapere” viene scritto in inglese che non sono compresi. -sempre nella sezione info viene scritto “la struttura dispone di parcheggio privato gratuito”. FALSO. Il box auto può contenere una topolino degli anni ‘80 ed è infatti adibita a deposito sci. Bisogna cercare parcheggio fuori dal plesso residenziale sulla via. L’importo della cauzione richiesta è alto (paragonato al nostro soggiorno di 3 notti) e quindi sarebbe corretto essere accompagnati nell’appartamento da una figura dello staff per visionare insieme all’arrivo varie ed eventuali. Invece sì entra da soli. No vetri doppi.

Lo sconsiglio per brevi periodi, una buona soluzione per un periodo medio-lungo!!

La posizione sicuramente ottima. Struttura pulita e curata.

Non è compreso la biancheria da letto. Alla arrivo non sai che sarà il garage il deposito da Sci, essendo in un luogo di montagna in più delle volte le strutture hanno un luogo dove depositire gli Sci ed essendoci solo la persona in portineria, abbiamo chiesto alla portinaia dove potevamo lasciare l'attrezzatura da Sci, ci riponde in modo al quanto infastidito "Non c'è alcun posto dove lasciare l'attrezzatura, e non voglio vederla per le scale o sul balcone", e per evitare di recare danni al parque non l'abbiamo portata dentro casa. In seguito il proprietario ci indicare che il garage sarebbe dovuto fungere da deposito Sci, ma non ci è stato consegnato la chiave per qualche incomprensione con la portineria o altro, fatto sta che non ne abbiamo usufruito come avremo voluto costrigendoti a lasciare tutta l'attrezzatura in macchina.
