Very conveniently located for staying with my child for a week of study. I was able to cook plenty of meals using the cookware provided and didn’t have to rely on take away food, which was a relief. Some cereal bowls / noodle bowls would be a welcome addition to the tableware, but there were plenty of plates and bowls available. I loved that we had plenty of desk spaces for use with computers, and it was quiet at night (I stayed weeknights), plus the living spaces were comfortable and I didn’t feel cooped up.
The entrance to the car parking was situated in an awkward intersection, which made it nerve wracking to enter and exit the first time. There are new bicycle lanes here which don’t show on street view (yet). You might want to park nearby and scout it out the first time if this makes you nervous. We had a problem with our garage remote and couldn’t enter until another car let us in. The owners replaced the faulty remote before we needed to use it again, so it’s brand new for next time.

This is a fantastic little gem in a great location, walking distance to Haymarket, Central Station and public transport. We stayed as two couples and enjoyed the weekend sight seeing around CBD and Circular Quay, lunch at the Fish Markets and a lovely walk around the Harbour. It’s on the 4th floor, apartment block nice and quiet for restful nights. Apartment was very clean overall and we’ll definitely be back! Lovely balcony and lots of natural light.
Little cumbersome having only one fob entry key but I think that’s because we had two couples, sometimes going in different directions. It would have been handy having two fob entry keys available. It’s an inner city apartment so stairs to bedrooms upstairs may not suit everyone (young kids and mobility issues)
