The location was good and the key pad access was useful

It seemed very run down and charged extra to be able to check in which wasn’t mentioned anywhere and it was non refundable. Asked why and never got a response

It was in a good location and has spacious rooms..

Lots of issues including sweets and dirt on the floors so it had not been cleaned properly, a dirty stained sofa in the living room, cockroaches in the living room, damp on the walls, fans that blow out dust and inaccurate info regarding parking with no response to our pleas for help once we arrived and had nowhere to park (despite the host advising us there was on street parking). Although the info on the property does state no parking, we asked a direct question to the host if there would be parking nearby as we decided to hire a car and we were in plenty of time to cancel this and choose accommodation with parking. The hosts response was there was parking on the street. This was useless as parking is actually only for 1 hour on the street between 8am and 10 pm. We spent a fortune on parking in a local car park and spent much of our time moving the car around. An issue easily avoidable with correct info.
