Great spot in Ultimo, close to the city and easy to walk around. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The position was really good
The property was comfortable however is in need of some maintenance. The main bathroom vanity was rotting as was the wooden floor in main hallway. Really soft to walk on and worried it could fall through

Great location to the main centre.
Accommodation was tired, furnishings in need of upgrade. No basics such as rubbish bags, washing up liquid, only 4 towels for 5 people. Shower head broken, rangehood lights not working, bedside cabinets fragile. Curtains made by amateur. Bathroom cabinets falling apart. Bedside lights in master bedroom poor. Received email threats of $1000 fine if caught smoking on bacony although ashtray provided!!!
