Propriétaire sympathique. Logement fonctionnel et optimisé à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville. Bon rapport qualité prix.
Logement au rdc avec fenêtre sans teint qui donne sur une place à cote d un bar avec une terrasse extérieure. Bruit de la rue et bruit de la climatisation.
Les 2 lits doubles sont des matelas poses à même le sol sur une mezzanine ouverte accessible avec des marches hautes. Ne convient pas aux jeunes enfants ou aux personnes ayant des difficultés à monter des marches.

Cercanía del centro, 20 minutos a pie, el gestor superior amable y atento en todo momento. El apartamento es cómodo y funcional.
Las “habitaciones “ son 2 cubículos encima de la cocina a las que hay que acceder por una escalera que a mí me resultó bastante incómoda, para una persona mayor o con poca movilidad no es recomendable.
Por otra parte y sin tener que ver con el apartamento, toda la ciudad es de pago para aparcar, así que ojo con eso.

La cuina i el lavabo estan molt bé. Tot correcte pel que fa al check-in i el check-out. Estava molt net. Tot semblava molt nou.
L'apartament està a peu de carrer, sembla un local comercial reformat. La mida és una mica petita per 4 persones. Per exemple el sofà és petit. Poc emmagatzematge.

Close to Station and apartment was clean. Well stocked kitchen eith Sandwich toaster which was nice addition. Punctual communication from owner.
Noise from bar next door. Limited room particularly in bedrooms. Having to crawl onto bed due to low ceilings. Stairs to bedroom very steep and dangerous. Therfore not suitable for anyone with any mobility issues.Sofa and chairs uncomfortable. Limited and not enough hot water for 3 people to shower. Cooker and Microwave advertised but not working. Informed owner who simply apologised and didn't act upon it.
