Amazing staff and super great location! I loved my walks over the Waterloo bridge and I think the housing was a great accommodation for students studying in London. The room itself was a good, quiet, and clean place to stay in but I mostly enjoyed their location again. I would recommend this place to future travelers.

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Shaun was especially helpful and made the experience even better. The room was exceptionally clean, and the accommodation was quiet despite being close to the main road. It provided an ideal environment for me to work on my reports without distractions. The fast, free Wi-Fi was an added bonus.
The accommodation is also just a few minutes' walk from Waterloo Station, making it incredibly convenient for travelling across London and visiting many of the city's major attractions, while still offering a peaceful place to return to after a busy day.
I also appreciated how clean and secure the property was. Two towels were provided for the duration of my stay, which was a thoughtful touch, and the bed was very clean and comfortable.
The only issue I experienced was that the bathroom flooded after about a minute of showering. However, I was impressed by how quickly the staff responded, they promptly sent someone to fix the problem, which I really appreciated.

Konum açısından oldukça memnun kaldım. Merkezi bir noktada yer alıyor; otobüs ve tren istasyonlarına yakın, ayrıca birçok yere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün. Giriş işlemleri çok kolaydı ve yataklar oldukça rahattı. Akşam 22:00-23:00’dan sonra ortam çok sessizdi ve diğer misafirler son derece saygılı ve anlayışlıydı.
ilk gün odada sürekli havada uçuşan küçük kumaş/tiftik parçacıkları vardı. Ayrıca odada pencere açılamıyor ve herhangi bir havalandırma sistemi bulunmuyor. Oda küçük olduğu için özellikle banyoyu kullandıktan sonra havalandırma eksikliği hissediliyor. Bu konuda bir çözüm getirilmesi faydalı olacaktır.
Bunun dışında, duşta perde yerine duşakabin kullanılması daha iyi olurdu. Duş sonrasında banyo zemininin büyük kısmı ıslanıyor ve bu durum kullanım konforunu azaltıyor.
