Location was easy walking distance to theatre and reasonably close to shopping areas. Once we had access to parking and the apartment, everything was easy from that point on. Comfy and well-appointed apartment.
Fewer dining options in the area. Found the Booking.com app was not overly intuitive in relation to finding resources and communications. We called the phone number provided for assistance with accessing parking but it was a disconnected number.

Cozy, comfortable and good location.
Lift operation hours. We are very upset to the time limit that we need to be inside the property. If the property lift operations are 24/7 We can spend much time and enjoying the Melbourne at night. Very frustrating.

Just abit complicated that - There were alot of instructions - had to pick up key around the corner and no reception or anyone to meet us at the hotel.
We got an email at 7.30 pm saying we were too loud. There was no music or TV on, and 4 adult women were laughing and talking - I get that it was after 9pm at night, but we were just having a good time. I think its maybe not suitable for groups if it cant accommodate some noise.
