Fantastic location and great for a family. Communication with renters was excellent and quick to respond. Which I think is very important. So close to everything. Great value for money. Tram and train stop close by and shops only blocks away. Woolworths metro down the road. I would highly recommend Prologue Cafe around the corner!
Lifts can take a while.

No explanation on the electronic tags (which one was for what (lift, entry, room)
Aircon only in main room
Asked for sofa bed to be made up - didn’t happen

Just abit complicated that - There were alot of instructions - had to pick up key around the corner and no reception or anyone to meet us at the hotel.
We got an email at 7.30 pm saying we were too loud. There was no music or TV on, and 4 adult women were laughing and talking - I get that it was after 9pm at night, but we were just having a good time. I think its maybe not suitable for groups if it cant accommodate some noise.
