    It was generally clean but when you look properly, the shower is abit grimey some things are abit dusty, no hotel cleaning service so ur just paying for the room I guess, view no view

    The room is spacious, clean and tidy with a kitchen and washer dryer. Location is right in the middle of all the places you wanna visit in Melbourne like Fitzroy, Brunswick, CBD and all the markets. Staff was exceptionally friendly and was very helpful during our stay!

    Amazing place to stay staff were very efficient and lovely to deal with. Fix an issue within an hour of asking. Close enough to everything that it gives you more time to explore around. Will definitely stay here again.

    We stayed in an inward facing "quiet" room. It was quiet enough but we could still hear the sounds form the streets, esp. the tram bell. The room was dark all day, everyday, since it very close to the next adjacent building. Room condition was ok, although it could have been cleaner. Common area like lobby and corridors were even dirtier. Location is great. Close to major tourist spots and public transport. However, very limited services e.g. house keeping is only provided to stay longer than 7 days.
