Central 3-Bed Apartment in Vibrant Melbourne

The property is located right in the centre of Melbourne , on the free tram route, so everything is an easy walk - shops, restaurants and entertainment . Each room had a heater which was useful on the chilly winter evenings. Shampoo, conditioner and soap were provided which was a nice touch . Extra blankets were in the cupboards , a comfortable sofa that was big enough to fit the family . Information about key pick up and drop off was clear and easy to follow. There was a well equipped kitchen and a big TV. The beds were comfortable.

The apartment is in the third floor and the approach along the corridor to the apartment through the building was very shabby which was a bit off putting . The key card to the apartment took a number of attempts to work with each use. There are lots of potable appliances - tv, heater, fan, air con, wifi ,- all plugged into power boards -one board had scorch marks on it. Also the dishwasher is a table top washer that is small .The bathroom shower cubicle was extremely small which was ok but there was no extractor fan or window. There was no information in the apartment about fire safety or where the buildings fire exits were. Each room had a double bed which took up most of the rooms space.
