Loved our stay here. Beautiful property right next to Umina Beach (dog beach) with all the amenities and plenty of bathrooms. Games room downstairs was a bonus and kitchen has all you need with modern fittings.
Some road noise at night but that was minor. Hot tub is incredibly chemically so we only used once.

The inside of the property was great and very well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were plenty of kitchen supplies!
The yard outside the house was an absolute mess. The BBQ hotplates were rusted through, so the BBQ was not usable. The garage door would not open fully, despite us being told that it was the best place to park our vehicles.
