Direct Beach access. Large grassed fenced garden at rear. Suits 3 families. Carport to fit 2-3 cars.
Downstairs - Kitchen overlooking beach- with pod machine, blender ,dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop and double oven.
Large dining room seats 10 overlooking beach. Large lounge room with 2 x 3 seater lounges and 1 4 seater lounge beach views, with big log fire. TV/Apple tv.
Large sunroom/playroom opening onto rear garden with library and games and another lounge.
Sunroom off kitchen with beach views and a little library.
Separate dining room great for the kids can fit 6.
Small 2nd kitchen with extra fridge.
Bed 1 - 1 queen + 1 KS Bunks.
Bed 2 - 1 queen bed.
Bed 3- 1 queen.
Bed 4 1 trio bunk(1 double and 1 single). Downstairs sleeps 11.

Excellent property, an excellent location, right on the beach.
Our family loved some beautiful walks and a short stroll up to the pub which also has a great family atmosphere.

The family loved this place. Had a couple of wasp nests near front doors, 1 child stung. Apart from this all had a great time.

We recently had 7 couples - 14 friends for many years stay here and had a wonderful time. The location was beautiful and the house was big enough for us all. We thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to come back same time next year.
