Whether you`re gathering for family meals, enjoying quiet moments with a book, or spending time together after a day at the beach, this home provides everything you need for a memorable stay.
Perfectly positioned in the heart of Pearl Beach, you`re just a two-minute stroll from the pristine shoreline and within easy walking distance of the village`s best attractions. Explore the nearby arboretum, follow the spectacular Pearl Beach to Patonga bushwalk, enjoy a game at the tennis courts or bowling green, or let the kids run free at the nearby playground and open grassy reserve. * 2 large airconditioning units (cooling only), perfect for summer; Second TV on mezzanine level
* Natural bushland surrounds, large wrap-around timber deck with BBQ to enjoy the serenity
* Only short 200m walk to beachfront and kids playground
* Main bathroom with corner spa, shower. Full internal laundry with shower
* Treetops is accessed via a footbridge, over a small creek

Perfect place for family and friends. Quiet neighborhood. Surrounded by plenty of greener, feels like being in the middle if a mini rain forest. 10 minute stroll to the beach. Highly recommended !

Loved our stay in this house. Plenty of room for everyone. Beautifully renovated and decorated. Everything you could need in the kitchen to produce and present a great family meal. The only negative I would have is that due to the open design of the house once someone is up and about everyone knows about it. You either all sleep in or no-one does.
Would definitely stay again if the occasion arose. Easy stroll to beach and cafe.
