The establishment was well located in Annecy.
You have to either rent or bring your own linens. First time I had every needed to do this. The establishment shared my details with another which got me to recieve WhatsApp messages trying to sell me linen rentals which were not appreciated from a security perspective.
Also you have to have a security deposit from a third party which costs 2.60 euros which was not explained well upon booking. Tricky - afraid that we would be charge for damage already there - was ask to do inventroy, etc ... something I really don't want to do on vacation like this - suggest people take lots of pictures. Fortunatrly no issues here - but the fear is there making the stay a bit fearful considering the appartment did have some damage already.
Minor things:
- no hair dryer in room and no place to plug in a hair drier in the bathroom.
- sofa needs replace - almost unusable.
- security code needs changed on front door - you can see the 4 digits easily from previous depressions.
- hand rails on rough walls on the stairway will cut your nukles if not careful.
