Very quiet studio, completely renovated, on the 1st floor, overlooking an interior courtyard. Ideally located in the heart of the city: the main pedestrian shopping street is just 20m, the lake 400m, the train station 300m, the historic Old Town 200m. In front of the building entrance, a Franprix is open daily until 9:30 p.m. Possibility of free babysitter search.

Great location near train station, lake and old town. Front door glass was broken, corridor lightswitch not working, and street felt a little unsafe. The floor was a bit dirty, but the cleaner had done a quick job so she could meet us. She was lovely and carried the heavy suitcase for us up the steps. I was sad there was hardly any blue in the room. Inside courtyard was not accessible. The bathroom light was flickering. Despite these details we had a good time.

We loved how close the place was to everything we wanted to see and do. It’s eight across the street from a grocery store, which is very convenient. Some appliances were falling apart but it didn’t affect our stay overall.

Very nice location, ideal for everything,could have done with air conditioning,could not find advertised washing machine and only had one knife,but only minor details,would definitely stay again and would recommend.Would like to have met the owner but perhaps he was away during our stay,but the young lady who met us was very nice but only spoke a little English and my french is not too good,but we enjoyed our stay

Location was amazing, right in the centre of everything. Communication on the same level. As someone previously mentioned, there was just a bit of an unpleasant smell around, but might be the old piping. All in all great for couples that come to visit as price was also really good and there is everything you might need.

The location is the best part about this place; just a few blocks from the charming old town. The apartment itself had everything we needed. There was bit of a sewer smell that would come from the bathroom drains each night, but other than that the place was just what we needed. Would stay here again!

Appartement très bien situé et conforme aux photos. Vu la chaleur, nous aurions apprécié d avoir la climatisation. Un problème est cependant à noter au niveau du mitigeur de la cuisine et de l absence de prise dans la salle de bain. Très bonne literie.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé ! L’appartement est très bien placé, à proximité direct de la gare et à seulement quelques minutes à pieds du lac. Nous saluons également la réactivité de Michel ! Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé :) !

L’emplacement est le seul atout de ce logement. Le revêtement de la tête de lit est arraché, la porte pliante du placard ne se ferme pas, le radiateur ne fonctionne pas et est remplacé par un radiateur à huile. Les wc sont équipés d’un sanibroyeur hyper bruyant. Et à chaque fois que le voisin du dessus tire la chasse, de l’eau remonte dans les canalisations de l’évier et du lavabo avec le bruit associé. Aucune place de rangement tellement le placard de l’entrée est encombré de choses posées en vrac ( vieux oreillers, ancien ventilateur, boîte aux lettres, ancienne machine à laver miniature etc…)

Petit studio très sympa, très bien équipé et très propre : il ne manquait rien. Et du fait qu'il ne donne pas sur la rue il est au calme on y dort très bien. Il est très bien situé : à quelques pas du lac et des commerces. Donc tout était parfait.

Le logement est très bien situé dans Annecy. Mais, la literie est hs (dos brisés chaque matin) et de nombreux manques d'entretien : mitigeur évier mal fixé, flexible de douche qui fuit, pas d'interrupteur sur la lampe de chevet, ampoule sur luminaire évier grillée, bouton plaque électrique décollé, plaque tournante du micro ondes installé dans un placard instable, pas de papier toilettes et en gros agencement du studio non fonctionnel. En positif, Sol et plafond en bon état. Situation calme, Le prix de la semaine pouvait permettre d'espèrer une autre qualité.
