Great location (better than we realized). Up the street toma lot of stores and restaurant. Really good restaurant up the stairs. Great residential area away from the tourist traps but still walkable to Plaka and other areas.
Property was modern, well appointed, comfortable, and super clean. We are pretty demanding regarding cleanliness and this unit was great!
But… what was most impressive is the management team. Wifi was down when we arrived which seem to be a provider issue (not a problem in the unit). Manager sent someone at 9:00pm with a mobile hotspot so that I could make some work video calls. I was so impressed!

The apartment itself has enough space to feel comfortable and at the same time giving a very cozy feeling due to the perfect decorations. Every corner and detail of the apartment has been taken care of! The owner has a very good taste in interior!
During the stay we were in contact with the owner. She made sure she was reachable by checking multiple times if we liked our stay and if everything was ok. So if we needed anything, this would have been arranged. But everything was organized so well, that we didn’t need extra support :-).
The location of the apartment is ideal! Only a few minutes away from Syntagma square, where you can see the ancient center by foot but also where you can take public transport to go further or to go to the beach..
It’s so close to the center, yet the location of the apartment is very calm and safe. There are some nice bars and restaurants close to the doorstep, so yeah couldn’t be better.
To summarize: we had a perfect stay in this apartment and would recommend it to everyone. We are definitely going back the next time.

Fully renovated, everything inside brand new, including water pressure systems, heating, AC etc. Also very spacious and comfortable, I could stay here for a couple of weeks without much trouble. The hosts are great, we had a minor problem that was dealt with very fast and efficient, I would say above and beyond your average host
Ground floor, although easy access not very convenient for opening up front window and terrace, although is situated in a pedestrian only side road of Voukourestiou with no car traffic
