Great spacious apartment just a short was from bars and restaurants.
Easy to reach the main Athens attractions on foot with the Acropolis just fifteen minutes walk.
Just a few minutes away is the funicular up to Mount Lycabettus for amazing sunset views and a decent meal in the Skybar.
Spotless clean and very comfortable.
Our host Stelios was helpful with good communication about our arrival and recommended some nice place to eat and drink.

Perfect location right in the heart of beautiful Kolonaki. Everything was just a 3–5 minute walk to restaurants and cafés. Even though we booked last minute, everything was well organized. We stayed with our kids and it was perfectly comfortable for us as a family.

The property felt like home. It was big, clean and provided everything we needed. The location is perfect, with an easy walk into the centre of Athens and plenty of places to eat or drink locally! I highly recommend this property and it will definitely be my base when I’m in Athens!

Great experience all-around: communication with the host was fast and effective. Great location 70m from Kolonaki Square. The apt is full of light from windows and good internal lighting. Sizable LR, kitchen and bedrooms, all well-laid-out and well-appointed. Lots of closet space. Well-functioning bathroom. With small details taken care of. SO HAPPY WE CHOSE THIS APT!
Two SMALL things: (i) Very minor creaks in a couple parts of the floor between the LR and dining area; and (ii) a very small design issue in the bathroom that could be corrected easily: rather than have a “stop-gap for the water from flowing out of the shower, if you do not pay attention, the water can more easily flow out of the area.
