Gorgeous cottage in a great location! So beautifully decorated and cosy. Loved the bee theme. There was also a little gift basket for us, which was a lovely touch. Nancy is a lovely and very attentive host!
The only thing that was disappointing was the fireplace. From the photos, it looks like a nice roasting one (which was part of the reason I booked) but it’s an ethanol fireplace - which doesn’t provide any warmth really. We were freezing after spending the day on Scafell Pike so I was a bit bummed not to have somewhere to roast.

Such a cosy little haven, didn’t want to leave. Slept better than I have in ages. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Nancys great, nothing too much trouble

Beautiful property, so cosy and had everything we needed. Nancy is lovely, supplied us with a lovey welcome basket full of homemade flapjacks, bread and eggs.
