Top Lage, aber enttäuschende Umsetzung.
Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral direkt am Bahnhof von Sopot – ideal für alle, die kurze Wege bevorzugen. Trotz der Lage ist es hervorragend schallisoliert, sodass man keinen Lärm vom Bahnhof hört. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment entspricht außerdem vollständig den Bildern auf der Buchungsseite.
Leider gab es mehrere Mängel, die den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. Bei der Ankunft funktionierte das Hauptlicht nicht, und auch das warme Wasser sowie die Lüftung bereiteten Probleme. Der Vermieter reagierte zwar zunächst schnell und schickte jemanden vorbei, jedoch wurden weder das Licht- noch das Lüftungsproblem während des gesamten Aufenthalts behoben. Zudem standen anfangs nur zwei Handtücher zur Verfügung, WLAN-Informationen fehlten und der kalte Steinboden war im Winter sehr unangenehm. Die Matratze wies zudem sichtbare Flecken auf, und eine Herdplatte – wie in der Beschreibung angegeben – war nicht vorhanden. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfassen erhielten wir schließlich ein weiteres Handtuch und das WLAN-Passwort, jedoch erst am dritten Tag. Fazit: Das Apartment überzeugt mit Lage und Optik, leider wurde der Aufenthalt durch zahlreiche technische Mängel und mangelhafte Kommunikation stark getrübt. Mit besserer Instandhaltung und Organisation wäre es eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
