Fantastic location on a pretty and quiet quay, friendly and accommodating staff and plenty of practical touches in the room.
The decor was out of keeping with the 17th Century building - the doors for the wardrobe and bathroom were like they had been designed for a conference centre. The furnishings (apart from the bed) lacked taste and didn't blend with the style of the building. The bed was too soft and the bathroom too hot. The price was a little much for a room with no breakfast.
