Very clean, comfortable accommodation with nice breakfast included.

Although the room was clean and had everything I needed, the best thing about the the stay was the friendliness of the host Claire. She went out of her way to make my stay comfortable - even getting up early to get breakfast ready when I had to leave early on the Saturday morning. Thanks also for the lift to the pub for dinner.

We couldn’t believe how good the reviews were before we stayed. How could this place be so great? Well, reader, it was better! Our host Claire did everything within her power to make it a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room - gorgeous. The bathroom - perfect. The breakfast - delicious. The house - lovely. The area - quiet. But Claire was the cherry on top. She graciously offered to give us lifts to and from the station and her home as well as to and from the wedding we were attending. It meant we didn’t need to use a taxi service and could have lovely chats with friendly, kind Claire. We aren’t usually people who stay in a room inside someone else’s house, but in this case it was well worth it and would ask others not to hesitate booking when they need somewhere in the area.

Very clean, comfortable, everything that could be needed was provided, good breakfast and Claire is a kind , friendly host who went out of her way to help me.
