Nestled in a privileged rural setting, this agritourism offers six independent apartments surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden filled with native flowers and plants. This apartment, La Soll, offers a second home for 2 guests, perfect for couples.
The outdoor, shared chlorine pool, measuring 10 x 5 meters, invites you to cool off and unwind on the terrace equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also an outdoor shower and a communal area with a wood-fired barbecue and oven, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals.
The apartment has a private furnished terrace, ideal for breakfast in the open air or quiet reading moments. Inside, a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, ceramic or induction hob, fridge, and basic utensils allows for comfortable meal preparation. The living room features a double bed, television, and WiFi connection and is air-conditioned with both cooling and heating. Besides, there's a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
Located in Lloret de Vistalegre, a small inland village that preserves the authenticity and slow-paced rhythm of the island, this agritourism offers easy access to various points of interest. Within just a 30-minute drive, you can reach the northern beaches, such as Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, known for their crystal-clear waters and fine sand. Thirteen kilometers away, the city of Inca provides all necessary services, including supermarkets, restaurants, and gas stations.
On Wednesdays, the Sineu market, the oldest on the island, is a must-visit for experiencing the true essence of Mallorca. In just half an hour by car, the Serra de Tramuntana offers hiking trails and charming villages like Alaró and Selva. On the eastern coast, numerous coves such as Cala Gat, Cala Mendia, and Porto Cristo, home to the famous Drach Caves, showcase the stunning natural beauty of the Mediterranean.

Tourist Tax (Ecotasa): In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax called Ecotasa must be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is €2.20 per person per night in high season and €0.55 per person per night in low season. From the ninth night onwards, the rate is reduced by half. The Ecotasa must be paid before arrival via a Visa/MasterCard payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Security Deposit: The deposit will be held via a credit card, and the guest must provide their details through a secure payment link. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.
Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests aged 16 and over. This information must be sent via email.
