Finca Es Pujolet is located at the end of a small side street that leads up a hill from the village of Costitx. Once there, a natural paradise awaits you in the middle of the beautiful Mallorcan landscape. The view wanders over the hilly landscape around the house and the pool and lingers on the cypresses and the shady palm trees. Due to the absolutely privileged location, you can enjoy a very private atmosphere here, protected from prying eyes.



The accommodation



The house also impresses with its authentic Mallorcan flair inside, paired with modern comforts such as German satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet and a fully equipped kitchen.On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms and a children's room with a bunk bed. There is a shower room in the house, another is outside. The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Enjoy a great holiday at an affordable price with family and friends at Finca Es Pujolet!

Another bathroom is located in a separate small casita outside about 5 m from the house.



The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.



The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

To be fair, we would like to point out to holiday guests who are looking for absolute peace and quiet that the area around Costitx is located in one of Mallorca's flight corridors.



In addition, the Ecotasa fee is charged to all travelers aged 16 and over.



It is €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights, and €1.00 thereafter. (plus 10% VAT.)

Betagende beliggenhed - helt privat og med den smukkeste udsigt til naturen. Der er så fredeligt på “landjorden”, men det bør nævnes at fincaen ligger lige under flykorridoren til Palma lufthavn, så der er en konstant støj fra lavtgående fly. Fincaen er meget personligt indrettet - ligner ikke en udlejningsbolig, hvilket er meget positivt ment. Poolen er fuldstændig fantastisk - dyb og god at svømme i. Vi havde et skønt ophold. Man skal dog - i hvert fald i højsæsonen - gøre op med sig selv om man kan abstrahere fra en del larm fra “flymotorvejen”.

Wir haben schöne 11 Tage in der Finca verbracht. Bei der Ankunft gab es verschiedene Geschenke wie Getränke, Wein, Wasser und Öl, vielen Dank dafür... Die Finca ist ist sehr schön und das Grundstück hat eine gute Größe, man ist völlig für sich. Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und lädt zum Kochen ein. Sehr schön war es jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken. Der Pool war sauber und die Liegen laden zum sonnen ein, leider gibt es keine Sonnenschirme am Pool, so das mein keinen Schattenplatz am Pool findet. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß und die Betten sind bequem, alles ist rustikal eingerichtet, es ist ein Flat-TV mit Deutschen Programmen vorhanden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen...
