Finca Es Pujolet is located at the end of a small side street that leads up a hill from the village of Costitx. Once there, a natural paradise awaits you in the middle of the beautiful Mallorcan landscape. The view wanders over the hilly landscape around the house and the pool and lingers on the cypresses and the shady palm trees. Due to the absolutely privileged location, you can enjoy a very private atmosphere here, protected from prying eyes.



The accommodation



The house also impresses with its authentic Mallorcan flair inside, paired with modern comforts such as German satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet and a fully equipped kitchen.On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms and a children's room with a bunk bed. There is a shower room in the house, another is outside. The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Enjoy a great holiday at an affordable price with family and friends at Finca Es Pujolet!

Another bathroom is located in a separate small casita outside about 5 m from the house.



The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.



The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

To be fair, we would like to point out to holiday guests who are looking for absolute peace and quiet that the area around Costitx is located in one of Mallorca's flight corridors.



In addition, the Ecotasa fee is charged to all travelers aged 16 and over.



It is €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights, and €1.00 thereafter. (plus 10% VAT.)

This is a beautiful villa set in lovely grounds, secluded & quiet. There are lots of quirky little areas & the villa is decorated in a very authentic way with lots of little touches to bring out the history of the place. The property was immaculately clean everywhere both inside & out & check in instructions were very easy to follow. The pool is really lovely with beds & a large umbrella. The property is very well equipped with everything you need. It is on a flight path but we did not find this a problem & got used to the planes very quickly. (They are still quite high when they fly over). Our host was so lovely & visited twice to check everything was ok. It would have been helpful to have an information pack to explain how to work the satellite tv, where the 2nd bathroom & washing machine was (we found it on day 2 by accident) & how to get rid of the rubbish etc. The property has no air conditioning which is why we have not given it 5 stars. We were unlucky in that our stay was during a heatwave with temperatures in the high 90’s Fahrenheit, reaching over 100 degrees on a number of days & inside the Villa, particularly upstairs was at times so hot it was unbearable. The host did provide more fans on request but it was still really hot inside & we struggled to manage that, particularly at night. Overall we did have a really lovely stay but due to the lack of air conditioning we sadly would not return.

Betagende beliggenhed - helt privat og med den smukkeste udsigt til naturen. Der er så fredeligt på “landjorden”, men det bør nævnes at fincaen ligger lige under flykorridoren til Palma lufthavn, så der er en konstant støj fra lavtgående fly. Fincaen er meget personligt indrettet - ligner ikke en udlejningsbolig, hvilket er meget positivt ment. Poolen er fuldstændig fantastisk - dyb og god at svømme i. Vi havde et skønt ophold. Man skal dog - i hvert fald i højsæsonen - gøre op med sig selv om man kan abstrahere fra en del larm fra “flymotorvejen”.
