The unit is in a building located at the Fort Lauderdale beach, Direct ocean view and pool. Amenities including Large heated pool, tiki bar, italian restaurant rated 5 starts, hair salon, stores and coffee shop in the lobby. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, drug store , fast food , supermarket. You will find also excellent restaurants at Lauderdale by the sea with live music, 10 minutes walking distance. Parking is 18 us valet unlimited in and out per day. Coin laundry is located on the basement. Perfect location for everyone.

Myself and my husband were only in Ft. Lauderdale for less than 24 hours to visit friends that were there for a layover before a trip to the Bahamas. So we were only in the room to shower, sleep and enjoy the beautiful view from the room balcony. That is no ones fault and the room served its purpose for that. Only few issues the tv kept buffering but the host quickly advised when contacted to unplug and plug it back in. We were so tired from the 4 hr drive from Tampa, rushing and running all day by the time we came back to the room at a late hour we never made the attempt. The water was slow to get hot in the bathroom and the room is smaller than I thought it would be. The resort/hotel is nice but older and the cost is a bit pricey in my opinion. We never used any of the amenities except valet parking but would I book again…yes. For every small issue there was a positive aspect to counterbalance it. The VIEW is gorgeous!

The property was beautiful and the view from our room was incredible. The staff were friendly and told us where we needed to go in order to get the supplies we needed. The room was very clean and had a microwave and a good size fridge. Our host was very kind and she notified us in a very timely manner of the things we needed to know. Our host was available at any time with questions we had and we were very impressed with our stay. We would highly recommend this property and host!

The room is simple but very clean and exactly as described. Easy checkin/checkout. Steps to the pool, beach and tiki bar. Our only issue was that we could not leave our luggage with the front desk because we were not hotel guests but we brought them to the pool with us. This is not anything against the host and only a slight inconvenience but just be prepared in case you arrive early. Host did attempt early checkin for us which was very thoughtful.
