Room was clean! Vac in closet, so we could take care of the sand quickly. Quiet space. BALCONY AND THE VIEW was our favorite! Liked the little corner couch on the balcony!
Just improvements for next guests: more toilet paper, bath towels & cloths, coffee pods

The size of my suite and The balcony views of the beach was awesome. The breakfast was fulfilling. The Tiki staff was very nice. This Resort is in walking distance to McDonald's, Duncan donuts and Winn Dixie supermarket. A 10 min walk to Lauderdale by the sea where you will find several restaurants and stores.
The pool deck area should be cleaned throughout the day to eliminate animal poop, braches from the palm trees & trash left by guests
