Ideal for two people, this apartment enjoys a prime location, close to numerous shops, bars, and restaurants. You will also be close to Rue de la Gaîté and its theaters, as well as the Jardin du Luxembourg for your walks.

Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
