Everything you need for a nice relaxing stay very close to the water/beach

The location is great but the property, though it says newly renovated, doesn't quite line up. Example, the bathroom door on the inside around the door handle is clearly worn and dirty looking. Fresh paint or mold resistant paint in white would fix this after a good cleaning and priming. The night light in the bathroom did not work. The fan in the bathroom is connected to the light and is very loud which prevents it from being left on at night, so if you have young children or elderly bring your own night light. It would be nice to also have a foldable dish rack for placing hand washed dishes and cups. Sometimes its just not practical to wait for the dishwasher to fill. You can use a towel but towels absorb and hold the moisture in this environment. Also recommend placing a heavy glass top on the table because after using and washing it continues to feel sticky. The positives are that the sheets and bedding were nice and clean, as were the bathroom and kitchen towels. The location is excellent and the sitting area on top are great at night. Rented bikes from Vkay that came as a suggestion and there were some problems, but they took care of the issues right away once they were made aware. That was good. There is a small pool in back that is shared with the adjoining unit, could be nice if traveling with very small children. Our neighbors had dogs and they took them in the pool. We did not use the pool.
