Escape to the perfect coastal retreat, where relaxation meets adventure. This stunning vacation home offers the ultimate blend of comfort, convenience and fun! Unwind in the spacious living room, equipped with a 65” TV and a sizeable sofa, perfect for lounging. Whip up a tasty meal in the well-equipped kitchen with both a 12 cup drip coffee maker and single cup Keurig, complete with stainless steel appliances and large food pantry. Gather around the dining bar for a feast with family and friends or eat outdoors on the gated, covered deck overlooking the spacious backyard with a peek-a-view of the Gulf of Mexico! A full-size washer/dryer is located just past the kitchen.
The King Master suite offers a large, walk-in-closet, private bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower combination, and access to the covered deck. Opposite the King Master suite, is a Queen bedroom which also shares access to the covered deck, the 2nd full bathroom w/ combination tub/shower and the bunk bedroom.
When you're ready for some fun in the sun, head outdoors to take a dip in the private saltwater pool or fire up the grill/smoker. Just off the pool deck, is a convenient, partially enclosed 3rd full bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. And with the Gulf of Mexico only 0.2 miles away, you can indulge in beach activities, water sports, or simply bask in the sun-kissed beauty of the coast with a short 5-minute walk or 1-minute drive to the community beach boardwalk via 11th Street.
This home also offers easy access to the Apalachicola Bay via the ‘Sawyer Street Kayak Launch’, just a 6-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the property, where you can launch your kayak or SUP board and explore the tranquil Bay waters. When the day is done, retreat to the cozy, ground level screened-in porch, complete with string lighting, bar and a propane fire pit table – the perfect spot to share stories and make memories with loved ones.
Don't forget FIDO! This home also allows up to 2 dogs 50lbs or less with advance approval for a $150 + tax pet fee.

This was our third year with Forgotten Shores. It was our first year staying at Drifteood on Pine. The house was great. It was perfect sized for the 2 of us. Great layout. Only a couple blocks to the beach, and the same to get to the bayside, which had the best spot to view the sunsets. The amenities were also really good. We had everything there for cooking, and baking. We made smoothies, and of course coffee. 😍. The backyard was phenomenal. Fire pit, pool (though too cold in January) a fenced back yard, rockers. I think this was the best yard we have had on the island, which was a bonus since we bring our dog. Forgotten Shores is such a great company. The staff is always helpful, friendly and they know the properties they manage. Any questions we have had, they can give answers from a first hand experience. (We had companies that didn’t have the first hand knowledge like FS). We liked the house and the staff so much, we booked again for next year. Highly recommend using them.

We absolutely loved the house and attention to detail with all the little “extras” like the swing in the backyard, the fire pit, and the floating corn hole set! The house was very clean overall, and we enjoyed the artsy extras like the totem and driftwood. My only recommendation would be to provide more bath towels and washcloths. We had I think 6 towels between 5 adults and I was never 100% who had used which towel so it made for frequent wash loads. But that is such a tiny complaint compared to the many other nice touches. The weather was beautiful our entire stay so I’d say my MOST favorite area was the back porch where we ate most of our meals. It was so relaxing for our much-needed family time.
