The location of this property is absolutely amazing. Walkable to the beach, access to pools and pickle ball carts, safe bike paths. The house was clean and comfortable. It was listed for sale and we got a call to show the house during our stay which was a bit surprising. A few appliances are outdated and broken, like the ceiling fan and light in the queen bed room and the ladder the bunk bed - but overall we had a wonderful say with our family.

We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience with this property! Getting in and around was easy. The house was spotless! We had a great time and will definitely stay here again.

Kitchen was fine. Advertised grill was not found. All amenities were great. Pet was happy. Location was excellent.caught fish off the dock.

The house was clean and nicely furnished. Overall wooded setting of the house was very nice. The problem we had was with the dock. Prior to booking I asked host if the dock would accommodate a 26 foot boat at low tide and was informed that would not be a problem. Upon checkin we found that low tide had a height of about six inches of water at the dock. No way to leave the boat in the water throughout our stay so had to launch and retrieve the boat daily. HOA rules also won’t allow your boat to be located near the driveway entrance so you can expect a very challenging backup process to back your boat trailer into the long winding driveway. Host acted as if they had no knowledge of depth problems at the dock during low tide.
