Tucked away at the back of the main house, this charming two-bedroom guest suite is a private, peaceful place to land in South Surrey. It has its own entrance and an easy, bright, thoughtfully designed feel throughout, so the whole space is yours to enjoy.
Inside you'll find two comfortable queen bedrooms, a full kitchen with everything you need to cook a proper meal, an open living and dining area, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. In-suite laundry makes longer stays simple, and there's free parking and central heating for cooler months.
The location is a real bonus. You're in the quiet, family-friendly Grandview Heights neighbourhood, just minutes from Grandview Corners and Morgan Crossing for shopping, groceries, cafes, and restaurants. White Rock's beach, promenade, and pier are a short drive south, Highway 99 is close for trips into Vancouver or down to the US border, and the surrounding streets are calm and residential.
Whether you're visiting family, here for work, exploring the coast, or crossing the border for a weekend, it's a relaxed, private home base with room to spread out. We'd be glad to host you.

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The property was peaceful, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for to relax and unwind. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up, which made our stay feel effortless and comfortable from start to finish.The location was perfect—close enough to everything we needed, yet still offering a calm and private atmosphere. Thr place had all the facilities and equipment you would need to stay which was great, the beds were really comfortable and they had fans which were good as it did get really warm inside the place. The things we didn't like about the place were that it had a bad smell everytime you walked into it probably due to there not being any ventilation and only one window that opened. There was no natural light coming in. There was an ant problem and the bathroom toilet got blocked which the host then provided a plunger for and said it should be an easy fix. The place would be okay for a weekend stay at max not any longer.
