NEST- Modern 2BR Basement Retreat in South Surrey

Choosing NEST was absolutely the right decision for my trip. The main reason for my visit was to relax and spend quality time with my daughter, who lives in the exact same neighbourhood, just three blocks away from this property. The location could not have been more convenient! This place truly has everything you need and more. The host has thought of every single detail, offering a modern, spotless, and beautifully decorated suite that feels fresh and inviting. I felt incredibly welcomed from the moment I arrived, and I was just as comfortable as if I were in my own home. Throughout my stay, the host maintained open communication through the Booking.com chat and responded very quickly to any messages. The convenience extends outside the suite as well. There are many fantastic places to eat within a very short distance, along with great grocery stores nearby if you feel like cooking your own meals. Plus, with just a short drive, you can be at the West Beach in White Rock to visit the iconic pier or enjoy a delicious ice cream. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay and will definitely book this place again for my future visits!

Honestly, there wasn't a single thing I would change about my stay. There was absolutely nothing to dislike; everything was absolutely perfect! The property exceeded all expectations and everything was so well thought out that I couldn't find a single flaw.

A very clean and well appointed apartment. Easy to find and a good location for us to visit family in the White Rock area. The beds were super-comfy, just what we needed after a long flight!

We arrived in the dark and the entrance area to the basement apartment was in darkness. There didn’t seem to be an external light switch, but perhaps we just couldn’t find it! Otherwise, all great!

It's modern and value for money. The location was nice.

I feel like some parts of the house are not well cleaned. The dining table is small too.

Value for money and location is safe. The place is also well equipped with things you need like toiletries, condiments, tissues etc.

Some of the beddings and pillows may not have been washed.
