The main level features a full kitchen, a cozy living space, a 3/4 bathroom, and a comfortable queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom. Upstairs in the spacious loft, you'll find a full-sized bed and a set of twin bunk beds, along with a convenient half bathroom. This cottage is thoughtfully equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer and central AC, making long-term stays easy and comfortable. Rental includes linens, dishware, and kitchen appliances.

Located within minutes of Gunstock Ski Resort and local snowmobile trails. Only 15 minutes to Concord Hospital in Laconia and close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. May be available as a winter seasonal rental.
