Parking Pass: Return the parking pass to the desk in the unit before checkout. A replacement fee applies if not returned.

Courtyard: Shared space. Please keep it clean and avoid disruptive noise or gatherings.
Laundry: Open 24/7. Remove clothes promptly and leave the area clean.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside apartments or indoor common areas.
Parties: No parties, large gatherings, or disruptive events.
Guests: Only registered guests may stay overnight. Do not exceed maximum occupancy.

Location was great! Accommodations were comfortable. The only comment I have is that we had dealt with a lot of flies but wasn’t sure if this was due to the area. I’m from the west coast so not sure if flies are just in season but we had to kill many throughout our stay. Overall had a wonderful time and would recommend! AC was cool and super needed for the heat :-)

Chase’s place is located centrally to many restaurants, coffee shops, and the new Atlantic Park complex. It is also in the middle of the Vibe District. If you enjoy art, this is a great section to stay in. The house is very nice with comfortable accommodations. Even though we only traveled with three people, the house has sleeping arrangements for a large group. If you are traveling with pets, the neighborhood is very walkable and there is a small grass area behind the property near the parking. Chase was very responsive as a host. There is a steam shower on the base level that has dark tile and made it difficult for an older adult in our group to see. Chase went out of his way to install extra remote controlled lighting to make the shower more accessible, so hopefully this also helps future guests. We really appreciated this! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Virginia Beach.
