This home sleeps 12. Our open and spacious cozy beach home is located in peaceful and quiet Old Beach. Our home is 2 blocks to the oceanfront beach and walking distance to the convention center, an upscale supermarket, restaurants, Museum of Contemporary Art, skate board park, and all the fun activities and sights the boardwalk offers. The Virginia Beach Convention Center is 4 blocks away. There is private parking for 4 vehicles.
There is a beautiful backyard for outside dinners with a large fenced in private yard.
Guests enter through the quiet 1/2 street and enter through the rear of the property.

Nice place. The weather was really cold and there was a high wing alert so that may have been part of the reason the furnace couldn’t keep up. We woke up and it was only 62 in the house.

The house is spacious with 4 bedrooms and separate space with four bunk beds, plus your own parking area off the main road. Three bathrooms is an extra plus. Our host Tom was excellent, when contacted you received an immediate response. Would certainly rent again when the warm weather comes. Large fenced in backyard with gazebo and fire pit.Throughly enjoyed our stayPA visitors

The house is beautiful and worked so well for our family. It would be wonderful in the summer so close to the beach!

This house has a nice backyard and is great for bringing your dog! It’s walking distance to a lot and we enjoyed being able to just stroll out and get to the beach, restaurants and bars.
The house itself needs a lot of work, it has not been deep cleaned in years and there were so many small maintenance issues like holes in the wall, ripped out hooks and pictures just stuffed in the closets. Bar stools not usable as they were so wobbly and fallling apart. Furniture is old and worn.
The owner was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay overall but this was our first vacation rental that wasn’t in great shape so a bit disappointing.
In the end we were glad we had a house with space and a backyard as opposed to all the new condos around without any outdoor space. The weather was perfect and the noise from the naval base was fine. The loud motorcycles zooming by every night all night were way more distracting.
