About this villa rental
VILLA DOMINICA
This beautiful, modern villa in Albufeira is newly built and features stunning ocean views and a heated pool. The villa is located a short distance from the port of Albufeira (just 500 meters as the crow flies)
Accommodation: 8 guests, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms
First floor: On the first floor (pool level), the villa features a living room, a kitchen with a built-in refrigerator and freezer, a Bora cooktop with built-in exhaust, and access to the outdoor terrace with a double barbecue. (1 for meat and 1 for fish), a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and an en-suite bathroom with access to the pool terrace, a bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) and an en-suite bathroom with access to the pool terrace. A separate guest restroom.
On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00) featuring an en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet, and one bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) featuring an en-suite bathroom.
Downstairs: there is a very spacious garage that can accommodate several cars.
Outside: The garden surrounding the villa is laid out on different levels. To reach the first floor of the villa, you must use a staircase; therefore, we do not recommend this villa for people with limited mobility. The heated pool is sunken into the terrace and measures 12 meters long by 3.5 meters wide. The terrace features several lounge chairs, and from there you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. On the other side of the villa, next to the kitchen, there is another spacious terrace with an outdoor table and chairs, close to the barbecue. There are always shaded spots to be found.
