About this villa rental
Acqua Marina has a privileged location within the dock, enjoying views of boats entering and leaving the Albufeira Marina.
This holiday home in the Algarve has 5 bedrooms with accommodation on 2 levels. There is a large automatic gate that provides access to a private garage area with space for 1 hire car. The swimming pool and garden are fully enclosed and can be accessed from the main entrance or the living room glass doors. The pool has a perfect view over the boats and has ample lawn and terrace space for sun lovers to relax. There is also a large outdoor dining area with a mobile barbecue unit and a large table and chairs. The front door on the side of the house opens to the spacious living/dining room which has ample seating and an entirely windowed wall with a view of the pier and the pool. The large fully equipped kitchen is on the left and has a strategic window to the garden. On this level there is also a bathroom next to the kitchen and an individual bedroom, ideal for older children.
The stairs in the living room lead you to the first floor and the lower floor. On the first floor, there is a double room with an en-suite bathroom, a twin room with an en-suite bathroom, and 2 rooms sharing a separate bathroom. All rooms have a small private balcony. The lower floor is where the games room with a ping-pong table is located.
This delicious dwelling in the Algarve is in an excellent location within the colourful marina of Albufeira. A mini-market and a variety of restaurants are easily accessible on foot. São Rafael beach, framed by a stunning landscape, is a few minutes away by car and the Historic Centre of Albufeira is also nearby, a 30-minute walk or a few minutes by car.
This property has the option of a heated pool, subject to payment of an additional fee. If guests wish to request this extra service, they should contact the host at least 5 days before their arrival.

The house was wonderful for our whole family. There were 4 adults and two children and we had more than enough room.

Villa is nicely positioned for the restaurants and bars in the marina, and the more secluded beaches west of Albufeira. The train and bus from the Marina will take you to the Old town, or it’s a 30 minute walk.The accommodation was spotless, but the tiles around the pool area a little tired. It doesn’t detract from the holiday though and the pool is great for cooling down and watching the boats coming and going.I would recommend heading to Sao Raphael for some lovely bars and restaurants.

Location on the Albufeira Marina was wonderful, restaurants and a shop within a very short walking distance. Short taxi ride into the old town. Accommodation was very clean and the team to contact, with any problems, were quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay. Many thanks
Pool was much smaller than we thought from the pictures. Should be described as a plunge pool and also is not heated and doesn't get the sun until late in the day to warm it either. Was a shock to get in even in August ! That was our own real disappointment.
