With 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 service bathroom, the house can accommodate up to 6 guests, being ideal for families or small groups of friends.
The spaces were designed to offer comfort, functionality and a welcoming environment, allowing you to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the city.

The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms:
• Bedroom with double bed
• Bedroom with two single beds
The living room also has a double sofa bed, allowing accommodation for up to 6 guests.
Living Room
The spacious and bright living room is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
It includes a dining area and direct access to the veranda, creating a pleasant space for socialising.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

Failure to comply with the following rules may result in partial or total deduction of the security deposit:
• Damage caused by misuse or negligence.
• Smoking inside the property.
• Presence of guests not included in the reservation.
• Parties, excessive noise or breach of quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.
• Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.
• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.
• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.
• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.
• Key left inside the lock.
• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool, where applicable.
The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.
For your security, close the doors, windows/shutters and activate the alarm (if applicable) when you leave.
