With 4 bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 2 full beds, this charming retreat offers a perfect space for families or groups of friends, pets allowed. Big screen TV in living room with televisions in 3 of the bedrooms. Lots of board games, activities and books. Back yard has a propane grill. There are two driveways for up to 4 vehicles. You will have exclusive access to the entire property. Check-in is easy with a self-check-in process. Fully fenced yard. Gate backyard access puts you right on the Cabazon trail where you can explore and visit nearby parks. Enjoy your time in Rio Rancho at our lovely house. You are close by to major food chains, as well as Walgreens, Walmart, local gas stations.
