It gives our guests a taste of the land of enhancement has to offer, yet embrace an eclectic mix of styles and experience. Unwind and enjoy your time in a private, leisure large yard overlooking the Sandia Mountain and watching the balloon rising in the sunrise, this is a one-of-a-kind experience that your family will never forget. Relaxing in an open space with fruit trees surrounded, sitting by the patio table while watching the horses walking along, younger children kicking soccer balls or running around in an acre fenced yard, or enjoy an afternoon playing volleyball in the full-sized court with artificial turf. We hope you can relax from noise from the metropolitan life and create memories with this special vacation. Whether your family enjoy the surrounding hiking trails, love exploring the local wineries and fine restaurants, or going for bike rides down to the river or to the farmer’s market, you and your family will immerse with this quiet, peaceful, secured and friendly neighborhood.

There will be no party or events of any kind, the quiet hours are 9pm-8am, no photography shoots or video/ film production, and no smoking or drugs are allowed within the property.
