Everything was great for the most part. Really only a few things that was disappointing. First the pictures showing the backyard all lit up at night was not the case the first night of arrival it was pitch black. Once they did work, over half the lights were broken and knocked over or not working at all still. Inside the house and the landscaping was really clean and neat, where as the back patio and pool area was dirty, debris all in the pool, the net used to clean it laying on the patio full of old dried debris, planters with what looked like dead plants but was just the dead from the winter and were never cut down allowing for new year growth to come in, patio flood lights were half working, the waterfall for the pool was not working which wasn't addressed till late the following day.
