Enjoy the convenience of self check-in with keyless entry. You will also have access to the charming upstairs balcony with seating and a dedicated off-street parking spot.
The Neighborhood:
The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!
Please Note: Downtown is continuing to grow, and there is ongoing construction and infrastructure work happening nearby. As of 10/30/25, construction began in the surrounding area and may create daytime noise, especially on weekdays between approximately 8:00am–5:00pm. We were here on a girls trip and had a lovely time. Charleston is a wonderful time. The host, Stay Duvet, was fantastic. Easy communication and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay and girls trip at Brighton House! Stay Duvet was very communicative from the start. We were able to check in early upon arrival, which was very helpful as we took an uber and all had our luggage. The house was just as advertised. There were 5 of us and with two king beds and a double, there was plenty of space. We didn’t utilize the stove as we ate out every day, but the coffee maker works great! :) The beds were comfortable. It was a great location too! I would only say memory foam pillows would be nice, but not a deal breaker. The cold water was not very cold from the tap either, but not sure that is something management can control. Those are small things. We really had a great experience and a great time in Charleston. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

One of the best home-away-from-home stays we’ve ever had. Great location, on site parking, every detail considered, excellent amenities and services, and a fantastic host staff. Thank you Stay Duvet, you helped us make wonderful memories during our stay.
