** Please note the home is divided into 3 completely separate units - A / B / C - each with a private entrance and dedicated outdoor space **

Guest Access:

• Guests have exclusive access to Suite B and the balcony. The entrance to the house is on Spring St.



• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking: Complimentary city-issued street parking passes available for 1 vehicle upon request.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from Upper King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.



Getting Around:

• Walkable Neighborhood – Steps to top restaurants, bars & shops



• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & easy rides to attractions



• DASH Trolley (FREE) – Stops nearby & takes you around downtown



Other Things to Note:

• No parties or events.



• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.



• Stairs Required – Suite B is located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of a 3 story home.



• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants or children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.



• For security purposes only, there are 4 exterior cameras. One monitoring the entrance to each Suite, and one monitoring our spaces in the shared parking lot.



• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.

Property was great and close to everything Charleston has to offer. It was perfect for us.

We (3 moms) visited the College of Charleston with our daughters. The cleanliness/ decor were top notch. The location was easily walkable to everything we needed. Comfortable beds and great for generally hanging out in between site seeing and tours. Only one downside - one of the 3 units within the home had a late night rowdy crew. There was no sound absorbency between units Rude neighbors who made no attempt to respect their fellow neighbors woke us each night.
