About this apartment rental
This 2 bedroom residence is fitted out with everything you need for a short or longer stay, in the beautiful city of Malaga.
The apartment has premium furniture and beds. It has high ceilings of over 3.2m - such a spacious apartment is a rare find in this central location.
The first bedroom has a king-sized bed 150cm x 190cm
The second bedroom has an extra large European bed of 2x90cm wide - NB the mattresses can be joined, converting this to a large double of 180cm wide (please request in advance)
The bathroom is new, with a large shower and stylish fittings.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and Nespresso coffee machine. The open-plan living area and kitchen are ideal for families or friends traveling together. For added privacy, you can close an extra door between the living area and the hallway if you're with early sleepers or children, ensuring their uninterrupted rest.
For infants we provide children's cutlery, a cot and highchair.
Great Wifi for working. And the smart TV enables you to use your accounts to access all your favourite apps such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube etc.
The apartment has in-built, quiet heating, air conditioning and secure video access.
There is a useful laundry room next to the kitchen, with the washing machine and space for luggage storage, bikes etc.
We provide racquets and balls for the paddle tennis court, open from 10am-9pm every day.
The rooftop pool is perfect for refreshing on sunny days, and has fabulous views of the city. From Oct 26 the pool is closed until March. Please message me for exact reopening date.
The underground garage is very spacious & suitable for large cars. It has elevator access directly into the building.

The apartment is located in the North of the historical area. Everything is walking distance.
There are countless bars and restaurants nearby and you can easily walk in a few minutes to the Cathedral, Alcazaba, Picasso museum, Calle Larios and much more.
Malagueta beach is also walking distance, approx 25mins. It's a great city to explore by bike too.
Walking distance to everything. Bikes are readily available to hire locally too.
You can use a taxi/Uber or take a train or hire a car to go further afield.
Please follow all pool rules.
No male-only groups or groups
No smoking in the building, including the rooftop.
No noise or loud music at any time of day
All guests over 18 must provide their national ID at check in, as per Spanish law (decree 28/2016)
We offer a self check in, giving you flexibility to arrive whenever you like (after 3pm) and easily collect your key at the apartment entrance.
