The home has a gated entryway, an idyllic lounging area for a morning coffee or tea to sip and enjoy the neighborhood slowly stir to life.
Indoors, you can enjoy the open living and dining spaces, ideal for accommodating the many activities of large gatherings of family or friends.
The backyard hosts a continuation of the fun – come enjoy the pool, grill, fire pit and cozy seating, outdoor dining area and room for yard games (corn hole, giant Connect 4, and giant Jenga).
In the garage, you’ll finding a game room replete with pool table, bar tables and stools, Pac-Man Arcade, and 65” TV.
The large car port, driveway and street offer room for ample parking (up to six vehicles).
Onsite washer & dryer in laundry room.
We will try to accommodate free luggage drop off. Please message host to request.

RULES:
Because we value our relationships with our neighbors, absolutely no parties or loud disturbances. Breaking this rule will result in cancellation of your reservation, so please be mindful!
Pets are allowed but MUST BE APPROVED by host. A pet fe of $150 is required and guest must agree to pet specific rules. Pets must be vaccinated against rabies, fully housebroken, and under the owner’s control at all times. Certain breeds typically labeled as ‘aggressive,’ such as chow-chow, bull terrier breeds, standard poodle, Rottweiler, and Doberman pinscher are not allowed.
Parking is also limited to our carport, driveway and the street parking directly in front of the home. Carport and driveway can fit 6 cars.
Right now, our fireplace cannot be used for fires. Please enjoy the fire-pit on the backyard patio instead!
Guests use swimming pool at their own risk. Depth markers are posted for your awareness.
The property has one external Ring camera which is outside the front door facing the street. There is NO indoor camera.
Please be advised that we have landscapers and pool techs who regularly attend to the grounds and pool. The pool tech may come as early as 6 AM. Please keep gate through the carport UNLOCKED for their access.
** For stays booked in spring months (primarily March-April), the blooms from a neighbor’s flowering tree steadily fall into the pool. While we make every effort to keep the pool pristine—including professional maintenance twice a week—there may still be debris at times. For your convenience, we’ve provided a pool net to help with any quick clean-ups during your stay. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out!**
